Exchange Policy for Local Orders – BIN TAYYAB

No Refund, Only Exchange
At BIN TAYYAB, we offer an exchange policy only for items purchased from our online store. We do not provide refunds for local orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value, subject to the conditions mentioned below.


Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the parcel, based on the delivery date confirmed by the courier company.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange request only, regardless of the number of items purchased under the same invoice. Customers are advised to review all items carefully and submit a single exchange request if needed. Multiple exchange requests for items from the same bill will not be entertained.


Exchange Through Outlet

Customers may also exchange their items by visiting any BIN TAYYAB outlet. Please provide your order details to the outlet manager, who will assist you with the exchange process.


Original Condition

The term “original condition” refers to the state of the product exactly as it was delivered to the customer, without any signs of use, alteration, or damage. The following conditions apply:

Unworn
The item must not be worn or used except for trying it on for size. There should be no stains, odors, fabric damage, or signs of wear.

Unwashed
The item must not be washed, dry-cleaned, or treated with any cleaning products.

With Original Tags and Labels Attached
All manufacturer, brand, and care instruction tags must remain securely attached. Items with missing or tampered tags will not qualify for exchange.

Original Packaging
Where applicable, items should be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, or protective covers.

No Physical Damage
Items must not have any tears, holes, scratches, or alterations. Products with altered stitching or missing embellishments will not be accepted.

Accessories Included
All accessories or complementary items such as belts, detachable pieces, or additional items must be returned with the product.

No Alterations or Customizations
The item must not be altered, tailored, or customized in any way.

Odor-Free
The product must be free from foreign odors such as perfume, smoke, or food smells.


Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Fragrances and Body Mists
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and body mists cannot be exchanged once purchased.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for exchange.

Used or Damaged Products
Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or returned without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs Policy

Shipping Costs Due to BIN TAYYAB's Error
If the exchange request is due to an error on our part (such as a defective product or incorrect item shipped), BIN TAYYAB will cover the return shipping costs. Customers should contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Costs Due to Customer Reasons
If the exchange request is due to reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or incorrect order placement, the customer will bear the shipping costs for sending the item back.


Process for Handling Disputes

At BIN TAYYAB, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness. If a customer disagrees with a decision regarding their exchange request, they may follow this process:

Submitting Additional Evidence
Customers may submit additional supporting evidence such as photos, order details, or communication records.

Escalation to Supervisor
If the issue remains unresolved, the matter may be escalated for review by a supervisor by contacting our support team.

Final Review
After reviewing all submitted information and evidence, the supervisor will provide a final decision and guidance on the next steps.
