Order Processing & Delivery
Orders placed on BIN TAYYAB are usually delivered within 2–5 working days within Pakistan. However, during sale periods, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons, delivery may take 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges may apply depending on the order value, location, or ongoing promotions. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.

International Orders
For international customers, the process works as follows:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Once processed, shipping may take 4–10 working days depending on the destination.

During sale periods, delivery may take 8–12 working days.
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. International customers must pay using:

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by BIN TAYYAB and must be paid by the customer or recipient at the time of delivery.
Exchange Policy
BIN TAYYAB offers an exchange policy only. Refunds are generally not applicable for local orders.
Exchange requests must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Exchange request must be submitted within the allowed exchange period

Exchange is subject to product availability
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted offers may not qualify for exchange.
Fragrances and perfumes are not eligible for exchange, unless the item is received damaged.
Damaged or Missing Items
A product will be considered damaged if:

The product is physically damaged due to shipping mishandling
A product will be considered missing or stolen if:

The parcel seal is broken or tampered with

The parcel contains fewer items than ordered
In such cases, please contact BIN TAYYAB Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Our team may request:

Pictures of the package

Pictures of the damaged product

Order details for verification
After investigation, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Packages Lost in Transit
If a parcel is lost during shipping, our team will investigate the issue with the courier company.
This investigation may take 3–5 working days. After verification, we will either:

Reship the order, or

Provide a suitable resolution.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on www.bintayyab.com are inclusive of applicable taxes according to the tax regulations of Pakistan.
However, international customers may still be required to pay local customs duties or taxes in their respective countries.
Payment Verification
Orders paid through credit/debit cards or online payment systems must pass our payment security and fraud verification process.
Credit card payments may require 24–48 hours for bank verification before the order is processed.
If the payment fails verification checks, the order may be automatically canceled.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order before it is processed for shipment.
However, BIN TAYYAB reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

Technical issues or system errors
If an order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–20 working days depending on bank processing time.
Promotional Offers
Products purchased under special promotions, flash sales, clearance sales, or Buy 1 Get 1 offers may not be eligible for exchange or return.
Customers are advised to review the product details and promotion terms carefully before purchasing.
