Shipping Policy – BIN TAYYAB

At BIN TAYYAB, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for both local and international deliveries.

Local Shipping (Pakistan)

Shipping Charges

Orders below Rs. 2000 will be charged Rs. 150 as shipping charges.
Orders above Rs. 2000 qualify for Free Shipping.
During sale periods or promotional campaigns, shipping charges may vary. Please check the checkout page or website banner for updated information.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive a verification call or SMS from the BIN TAYYAB customer service team to confirm order details and ensure accuracy. Once confirmed, your order will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing and shipment.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
In some cases (such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays), delivery may take up to 5–6 working days.

Courier Partners

Your order may be shipped through our trusted courier partners such as Postex, M&P and Trax ,

Out of Stock Items

If an item in a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is out of stock, we will ship the available items only.
If an item in a prepaid order (credit/debit card) is out of stock, our team will contact you for replacement or further instructions.

Bulk Orders Verification

For orders with large quantities or high value, the BIN TAYYAB team may contact the customer for verification before processing the shipment.
If the customer is not reachable within 3–5 days, BIN TAYYAB reserves the right to cancel the order.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive parcel tracking details via Email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

International Shipping

We also provide international shipping for our global customers.

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and parcel weight.
If there is any difference between the shipping charges paid at checkout and the actual courier charges, our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining amount.
Please note that BIN TAYYAB does not add any profit margin to international shipping charges.

Free International Shipping

We offer Free International Shipping on orders above $100.

Delivery Time

International orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery time may vary depending on payment authorization, order processing, customs clearance, and courier transit time.

Custom Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Delivery Notice

Please do not accept the parcel if the shipping flyer is torn, damaged, or the seal appears tampered with.

In such cases:

Refuse the parcel immediately.
Contact the BIN TAYYAB customer support team so we can arrange a replacement delivery.

BIN TAYYAB will not be responsible for parcels that are accepted in damaged, torn, or tampered condition. In such cases, no exchange or claim will be entertained.
