How can I place an order?
Placing an order on BIN TAYYAB is simple:

Browse our products and select your favorite item.

After adding all desired items, click Checkout.

Enter your contact information (mobile number or email address).

Enter your complete delivery address, including house number, street, city, and postal code (if available).

Select your preferred shipping method.

Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Cash on Delivery).

Click “Place Order” or “Pay Now” to complete your purchase.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via Email or SMS.

How will I know that BIN TAYYAB has received my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation message or email. This confirmation acts as proof that your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
It is recommended to take a screenshot or save the confirmation message for future reference.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation email or SMS?
If you do not receive confirmation within 10–15 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No. Items are not reserved when added to the cart.
Products are only reserved once the order is successfully placed and confirmed at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on location and order processing.
Local Deliveries (Pakistan):
Usually delivered within 2–5 working days.
International Deliveries:
Usually delivered within 7–15 working days depending on destination and courier processing.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges may vary depending on order value.

Orders below Rs. 2000: Shipping charges may apply.

Orders above Rs. 2000: Free shipping may be available depending on current promotions.
International shipping charges depend on parcel weight and destination country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.
How many delivery attempts will be made?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times.
If delivery fails after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to BIN TAYYAB warehouse.
Please ensure that your address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
Can I pick up my order from a store?
Currently, store pickup is not available for online orders.
However, you are welcome to visit any BIN TAYYAB retail outlet to shop in person.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, modifications or additions may not be possible.
However, you may contact customer support immediately if you need assistance with changes or cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Orders can be exchanged according to the BIN TAYYAB Exchange Policy.
Items must meet the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Are there additional charges for exchanges?
If the exchange is requested due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), no charges will apply.
If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
How long does the exchange process take?
The exchange process usually takes 5–10 working days after the original item is received by our warehouse.
Customers may also exchange items at BIN TAYYAB outlets after confirmation from customer support.
Important Notice
Please do not accept any parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with.
BIN TAYYAB will not be responsible for parcels accepted in tampered or damaged condition.
Always ensure that your parcel is properly sealed before accepting delivery.
